We're hiring!

Martin Dental is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! Our vision is to make patients feel like family, and we are hoping you can share that vision with us! We are the only technologically advanced dental spa in the Chippewa Valley, creating a calming and enjoyable atmosphere for each patient. We are looking for a friendly and hard-working dental assistant that loves what they do and wants to be a part of an amazing team of dental professionals.

The dental assistant role requires a minimum of 32 hours per week with the opportunity for growth. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a flexible thinker, a great communicator, and passionate about dentistry and patient care. One year of experience as a dental assistant is required. Completion of an accredited dental assistant program, CPR certification, experience with Eaglesoft practice management software, digital x-ray, CBCT, 3D printing, and CEREC software is preferred.

Daily duties include working chairside with the dentist on a wide variety of cases, processing digitized same-day crowns, various lab duties utilizing advanced technology, sterilization, patient education, and general oversight of appointments to ensure punctuality. The dental assistant’s ability to be flexible and think ahead is essential for clinical and practice success.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Ranging from $20.00-$26.00 per hour depending on education and experience.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:45 a.m. -5:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Fridays 8:00 a.m. -12 p.m. as needed. Possibility of on-call weekend at least one weekend per month.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
