Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Executive to join the growing team at Heil & Heil. This successful candidate will work towards growing their book of business, providing commercial insurance services to businesses across IL and WI, building relationships with business owners and C-level executives across all industries. There is no prior insurance experience required; licensing, training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies
2. Achieve new business objectives established in annual sales plan
3. Using a consultative sales approach, gather information and present proposals to C-Level Executives
4. Develop and present solutions based on client needs
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum 2 years of outside business to business sales experience
3. Ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives and business owners
4. Experience selling a complex service or product to high level decision makers
