Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Translate documents from English to Spanish and vice versa
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to proofread documents accurately
- Strong typing skills to transcribe information quickly and accurately
- Previous experience in clerical or front desk roles preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
