• Possesses complete knowledge of entire menu and proper food presentation for up-selling of all items.
• Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned stations.
• Responsible for knowledge of menu items and ingredients, functions of service employees, house and hotel rules and regulations, and alcohol awareness training
• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes designated recipes/menu items as assigned in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
• Plan and conduct meetings for outlets on a monthly basis to ensure staff is correctly communicated with and that staff are consistently trained and well-motivated.
• Anticipates guest needs and responds appropriately with urgency, importance, enthusiasm, and accuracy.
• Answers phones and greets others with professionalism.
• Takes guests’ food, beverage, and amenity orders with a clear, pleasant, and professional voice, while utilizing suggestive selling techniques
• Answers all questions the guest may have in a courteous manner.

Pay: $10.00 - $10.01 per hour
