Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for guests.
- Assigns work tasks of outlet staff to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Inspects outlet serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
- Assist F&B Team in training, delivering ongoing job performance feedback and development to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction goals are met.
- Assist banquet with banquet functions.
- Utilizes all tools for running shift.
- Performs opening and closing duties in accordance with supervisor checklist.
- Assist with maintaining outlet schedules and attendance.
- Receive, verify and put away incoming stock, as requested.
- Prepare work station/area for next meal period, as needed.
