• Night Auditor responsibilities
• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
• Reconcile accounts
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
• Help prepare for forecasts and audits
• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
• Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
• Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
• Verify that all End of the day work has been performed by other departments
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
• Answer phones and place reservations
• Run computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift
• Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cards
• Balance cash drawers and record receipts
• Walk the property throughout the night shift to ensure safety of guests
• Stock the gift shop
• Clean and Sanitize all surfaces
• Must be able to stand 8 hours a day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
