Duties and Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environmental, Health, and Safety training.

Maintain a safe work environment by reporting and fixing potential safety issues and participating in daily cleaning of work areas.

Coordination and planning of regular maintenance and major overhauls on the compressor and steam turbine package.

Manage work and communicate results by utilizing a CMMS system

Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing IGC compressors, pumps, gear boxes, and related rotating equipment.

Able to utilize technical skills to troubleshoot pipeline instrumentation, electronics, and electrical components.

Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance.

Develop and monitor key operating parameters to provide safe and reliable operation of the IGC compressor and steam turbine.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with rotating equipment and maintenance

Able to work with and lead a team to accomplish goals in a timely manner

Great communication skills with the ability to work with a team and vendors

Leadership experience preferred

Any experience with steam turbines helpful

Working conditions

The position may require weekend and/or holiday work.

Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to moderately loud.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include correctable vision to complete work safely.
