BACK SERVER/BUSSER:
The BS/B is responsible for helping servers prepare the restaurant for service, including all patio service stations. BS/B should also help fill water pitchers, prep condiment trays, place breads & rolls in the warmer, present hummus and crackers to the tables, offer bottled or Aspen water, run food, bus tables throughout service, refill beverages, clear and reset tables, help with all side work (including, but not limited to, polishing glasses and silver, folding napkins, filling salt and pepper shakers and sugar caddies, stocking linen and informing management of low supplies). BS/B should always be alert to what is going on in the restaurant and help servers as needed.
In non-summer months, the BS/B is also responsible for breaking down the juice/coffee station located in the pool bar area and for maintaining the beverage station in the card room. Containers must be properly washed and stored for next-day use. Change out the daily Timber Room menus that are displayed in those areas.
If working Full-Time Year round, this positions is eligible for Benefits per company policy.
