This role will lead a variety of analytics initiatives for Clients eCommerce ePromoter team to help enhance customer experience, reduce contacts and drive revenue growth. This is a critical role and will have constant communication and visibility to senior leadership. Most importantly, this role is an integral part of a fast-paced collaborative team and the Data PM should possess an innate entrepreneurial spirit to explore the uncharted!

Job Functions

• Mine clients operations data (such as ePromoter, customer service, returns, fulfillment etc), and sales data to drive actionable insights on a product, category and general business level.
• Execute deep dive analysis to answer key business questions related to the Clients eCommerce platform.
• Leverage data to understand trends and future opportunities to reduce customer contacts, improve CX and increase eCommerce revenue growth. Leverage predictive modeling techniques in the process.
• Proactively work with business units and teams to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential ideas. Synthesize ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and users to determine what to build based on business priorities, strategy and vision.
• Build and maintain new reports, or enhancements to existing reports for ePromoter team.
• Design and support building new data pipelines (or enhancements to existing data pipelines) by partnering with engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data issues for ePromoter team Manage operational data requests, and provide visibility to tracking data for emerging issues reported by sites.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Product Management roles 5 years of experience in data manipulation using Advanced SQL Experience in an eCommerce and/or Customer Service domains Strong problem solving ability along with proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a rigid determination to meet deadlines Excellent communication and data presentation skills

Traits/Behaviors/Abilities for Success

• ADVANCED WORKING SQL, DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS and a BI tool like Tableau ARE MUST HAVE should have experience writing SQL queries from scratch and provide meaningful insights from the data.
• Ability to research and contribute (from an analyst perspective) on API development and database design.
