Description:

• Provide financial services to assist the Government with managing and maintaining budgets and resource data
• Coordinate funding revisions with customers
• Provide customers with project cost proposals
•  Maintain databases that tracks project budgets, project sales orders, billing sales orders, and the creation of month-end invoices
• Ensure accurate accounting for expenditures; coordinate with customer, Government finance offices, and other personnel as required
• Support monthly preparation of financial statements
• Work with Government managers and project managers to maintain budgets, and provide budget updates and corrective actions as needed
• Assist with the development of concepts of operation, process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and program plans; detail all assumptions, limitations, interfaces, responsibilities, and specific requirements of the program elements
• Monitor activity status, identify and resolve relevant issues, develop contingency plans, provide updates, and take corrective action
• Produce and maintain documentation in accordance with established governance
• Communicate metrics and score card results
• Analyze trends and making recommendations for process improvements. Assist with implementation of process improvements
• Balance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities
• Coordinate with the COTR and GTMs to appropriately engage resources
• Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities
• Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas

• 10 years total experience in a financial field
• Experience with federal financial statement auditing and/or federal financial statement preparation
• Prior experience with customer financials preferred (Momentum)
• Working capital fund experience strongly preferre
