Mark Thomas is hiring Project Managers to join our Central Valley transportation team. The role of a Project Manager is to win new business or secure repeat business and manage all aspects of multiple projects using company project controls, available staff, and sub-consultant resources. This includes monitoring the budgetary health of the projects and providing a greater level of client care. This position requires strong internal and external relationship management skills. The qualified candidate will develop their own client base through business development activities and a higher level of client care, developing long-standing, positive client relationships. The supervisory responsibilities include the training, professional/career development, and mentoring of technical staff, and assigned staff to responsible projects. The Project Manager will need to maintain a broad view of the project and communicate this view through direct, ongoing communication with relevant staff, clients, and sub-consultants.

The offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location. The base compensation range for this position is $126,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually.
