Job Responsibilities
· Build and foster long-term customer relationships
· Work as primary point of contact for customer base, assisting with all current and future customer purchasing needs and automotive questions
· Utilize our proven sales processes to meet monthly team and personal sales goals
· Coordinate with service and parts department, body shop, finance department, and admin office to ensure customer needs are met
· Achieve and maintain sales certifications, including working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs
· Assist in maintenance of customer database
· Use CRM tool to follow up with current, prospective and past customers to ensure positive experience
· Identify and work to improve upon areas of opportunity

When the customer wins, the company wins. We deliver between 400 and 500 cars per month, and the average salesperson income is 90K a year. Above average team members generate between 100K – 200K
