Maris Gardens in Mililani, HI is looking for part time or full time sales associates to join our team. We are located on 94 415 Makapipipi St. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, and hard-working.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Staying knowledgeable about the plants, planters, and other products that we carry
• Explaining and recommending to customers the best products for their needs
• Providing excellent customer service to create the best possible experience for our shoppers
• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
• Watering, detailing, and caring for plants in the retail areas
• General upkeep of the shop
• Opening deliveries and pricing new items
• Restocking shelves with back-stock inventory
• Updating inventory
• Assisting in creating seasonal displays

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Responsible and reliable
• Ability to problem solve
• Good communication skills with customers and managers
• Plant experience/knowledge is preferred but not required
