**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient interactions and medical information in real-time. **Responsibilities:** - Document patient history, chief complaints, physical exams, consultations, and other clinical information as dictated by healthcare providers - Transcribe medical information into electronic health records (EHR) system accurately and efficiently - Assist healthcare providers with documentation during patient encounters - Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations - Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation **Skills:** - Proficiency in medical terminology and abbreviations - Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical procedures - Experience in medical administrative support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with hospital medicine, geriatrics, and patient care practices - Knowledge of X-Ray procedures and PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) operations This position offers valuable exposure to various medical specialties and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.
