Marietta Eye Clinic is Hiring a Payment Poster Near Marietta, GA
Essential Job Functions:
- ICD-10, Medical Terminology, CPT Coding
- Above average knowledge of medical payment posting (reading EOBs) and revenue cycle processes
- Timely application of payment, adjustment and denial posting according to Self-Pay or individual payer contracts.
- Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheets
- Pull and record Bank Log deposits
- Bank and Banking Partner Liaison to include ERA/EFT set up assistance
- Obtain ERAs via paper (website direct), 835 file formats and process check deposits
- Strict adherence to revenue cycle deadlines
- Effectively manage daily payer files and navigate within multiple systems.
- Accurately process payment transfers, charge backs, check deposits, correspondence and other revenue cycle functions as needed.
- Work productively despite frequent interruptions
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Consistently interact in a professional and collaborative manner with a high level of accountability.
- Critical thinking, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing

Marietta Eye Clinic is one of the most prominent and technologically advanced comprehensive eye care practices and surgery centers in the Southeast. The Marietta Eye Clinic was originally founded in 1967 by Dr. Irving Staley. In 1973 Gerald E. We also offer a full compliment of diagnostic testing such as photos, OCT, Visual Field, Wavescan, and Fluorescence Angiograms. In addition, MEC offers patients the greatest convenience by having two in-office laser units, the argon and YAG lasers.
