About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate hired for this position will be joining our Patient Services team on a part-time basis in our ASC.
As a Patient Services Greeter, your primary duties include, but are not limited to,
- Receives patients and the general public upon entering the ASC.
- Provides direction, assistance and/or referral
- Explains the approximate waiting time to see the physician as appropriate.
- Updates patients accordingly.
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
About the Candidate:
- One-year previous experience or training in patient registration or a related area in a healthcare facility
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
