Maricopa Ambulance is Hiring a Support Services Technician Near Phoenix, AZ

Position: Support Services Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Definition:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Support Services Manager with logistics and supply distribution, as well as representing the company when customer support is required.
Specific Duties:
- Acts as the liaison between Maricopa Ambulance and its clients, partners, and customers; provides excellent customer service.
- Keeps track of supply pars at Maricopa and Fire Dept stations.
- Inventories stations, builds orders to go out, and delivers needed supplies.
- Assists in decontaminating ambulances when necessary.
- At all times sets an example of professionalism and places a high value on customer service, compliance, and safety.
- Reports to assigned shifts on time and processes assigned work in a timely manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Compliance:
- Ensures PHI information and documents are properly stored and secured.
- Complies with all company and organizational policies and procedures.
- Successfully completes all required compliance training within the required time period.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving policy
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and medical agencies.
- Must maintain acceptability to access Fire Department facilities. This includes security clearance and maintaining a good and proper relationship with Fire personnel and leadership. Failure to meet this requirement may result in discipline up to and including termination.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to reach, push and pull.
- The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to lift and maneuver 35 pounds without difficulty.
- The ability to complete all job duties.
