Position: Support Services Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Definition:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Support Services Manager with logistics and supply distribution, as well as representing the company when customer support is required.
Specific Duties:
Acts as the liaison between Maricopa Ambulance and its clients, partners, and customers; provides excellent customer service.
Keeps track of supply pars at Maricopa and Fire Dept stations.
Inventories stations, builds orders to go out, and delivers needed supplies.
Assists in decontaminating ambulances when necessary.
At all times sets an example of professionalism and places a high value on customer service, compliance, and safety.
Reports to assigned shifts on time and processes assigned work in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Compliance:
Ensures PHI information and documents are properly stored and secured.
Complies with all company and organizational policies and procedures.
Successfully completes all required compliance training within the required time period.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving policy
Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and medical agencies.
Must maintain acceptability to access Fire Department facilities. This includes security clearance and maintaining a good and proper relationship with Fire personnel and leadership. Failure to meet this requirement may result in discipline up to and including termination.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to reach, push and pull.
The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
The ability to lift and maneuver 35 pounds without difficulty.
