Marian Home is accepting applications for RN's or LPN's for evening or night shifts that are a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program from an accredited college or university. Current unencumbered licensure as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, without restrictions, is required. Current CPR certification is required.
This position's primary purpose is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your team. Such supervision must be in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required by the Director of Nursing, to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times for all residents.
Marian Home offers tuition assistance for St. Edmond Catholic School in Fort Dodge, which pays half tuition for each child attending Saint Edmond for employees that work 20 or more hours per week.
Marian Home offers 401K and Roth with employer contributions, short and long term disability, PTO, cafeteria plan, dental, medical, and life insurance to employees working 30 hours or more per week.
We also consider Easter as a holiday and provide free lunch and supper for employees working that shift that day.
