Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and a very detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at our law office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced, busy law practice. This is not a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Billing duties.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling confidential information with absolute discretion.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and in English languages.
- Associate Degree or Higher Education Diploma.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven previous experience in a similar administrative role is required.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Microsoft Teams, Google Business, Monday.com
- Excellent organizational skills and amazing attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have own transportation.
- Respectful interaction with persons from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Committed to preserve confidentiality of information.
