As General Manager of a Marco’s Pizza store, it will be your job to lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability. Knowledge of restaurant management is a plus, and a record of success building a community business through Local Store Marketing as well as traditional methods of marketing is desirable. With proven performance and a strong desire to exceed expectations, you could be a candidate for the Marco’s apprenticeship program, which is demanding, but offers much in return. Make up to $60k a year! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Restaurant experience
• Leadership experience

Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing customer service to meet the 5-Star Guest Experience
• Hands-on management of the business operations during shifts, delegating tasks to team members, and resolving problems that occur on their shifts.
• Will perform the same tasks as the other employees. Such as, delivery driving, make-line performance and being a great part of the team!
• Being able to perform the same tasks will allow you to lead and coordinate employee responsibilities to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Stocking inventory, prepping foods, following health and safety regulations, balancing cash register/ preparing cash deposits
• Adhere to company policies and employment standards, and conduct performance reviews/sharing feedback with upper management and team members.
• Maintaining a positive and creative environment
• Manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency and monitor employee attendance
• Stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs, the entire Profit and Loss statement
