Marco’s Pizza University is looking for strong Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to join our restaurants!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training, coaching, and developing a strong Marco's team.

• Excellent leaders with exceptional people skills.

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations.

• People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and team members, using great communication skills.

• Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and strives to share their skills with others.

• Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.

• Learning the Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.

• Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of leadership/management experience in the restaurant/ food service industry
