Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Run PLACE lead generation systems every week
- Talk to potential buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and find suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for your clients
- Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses every month
- Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
- Practice scripts weekly as per team guidelines
- Join team activities as per team guidelines
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
- Talk to sellers, convert them into listings, and promote their homes
- Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
