Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an attorney. The firm is seeking experienced attorneys with 15 years of experience or more, specializing in real estate transactions and/or litigation. The real estate transaction attorney will be responsible for preparing agreements of sale and handling real estate closings, leasing, easements and other conveyancing documents. The litigation attorney will be responsible for representing clients in federal and state court on sophisticated real estate and commercial matters; providing legal advice; conducting legal research; and negotiating on behalf of clients. Candidates with experience in both transactions and litigation is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in real estate transactions and/or complex commercial and real estate litigation
• Ability to provide legal advice and conduct legal research
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in a law firm setting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
