Bilingual Assistant Case Manager
Our Company is seeking an organized, self-starter to join our team as a Bilingual Assistant Case Manager. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our ideal applicant will have experience in case management and/or customer account management. The ability to manage work efficiency and work well with others is a must.
Job Summary:
The Bilingual Assistant Case Manager facilitates the efficient operation of job duties by performing a variety of administrative tasks and implementing short and long-range objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must be outcome-focused with the ability to manage competing demands.
Possess a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Accurately update and maintain client records.
Verify and log the receipt of data and obtains any data that is missing.
Resolves minor problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
Stay current with emails, messaging systems, and phone calls.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Entry Software.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent years of experience required.
At least 2 years customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
