Bilingual Assistant Case Manager 


Our Company is seeking an organized, self-starter to join our team as a Bilingual Assistant Case Manager. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our ideal applicant will have experience in case management and/or customer account management. The ability to manage work efficiency and work well with others is a must.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Assistant Case Manager facilitates the efficient operation of job duties by performing a variety of administrative tasks and implementing short and long-range objectives.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must be outcome-focused with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Possess a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Accurately update and maintain client records.
  • Verify and log the receipt of data and obtains any data that is missing.
  • Resolves minor problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
  • Stay current with emails, messaging systems, and phone calls.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Entry Software.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of experience required.
  • At least 2 years customer service experience preferred.
 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
