Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

• Contacting potential clients and establishing new relationships
• Meeting clients face to face, understanding their business needs
• Advertising, and finding new candidates through different sources such as LinkedIn
• Speaking with candidates, fact finding and managing their expectations
• Seeing the recruitment process through to offer stage
• Handling negotiations on salary, start date, and any other factors

What we're looking for

• Educated to Degree level Required
• Sports Background preferred
• Sociable and confident personality
• Money-motivated and goal-orientated
