Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
- Contacting potential clients and establishing new relationships
- Meeting clients face to face, understanding their business needs
- Advertising, and finding new candidates through different sources such as LinkedIn
- Speaking with candidates, fact finding and managing their expectations
- Seeing the recruitment process through to offer stage
- Handling negotiations on salary, start date, and any other factors
What we're looking for
- Educated to Degree level Required
- Sports Background preferred
- Sociable and confident personality
- Money-motivated and goal-orientated
