Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking hospitality professionals to join us in kickstarting the newest concept addition, Mar y Sol, coming this summer to the Dallas food scene.

The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented and works well in a team oriented, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized
• Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day
• Stock all stations upon arrival (small plates, sharing plates, water and wines glasses, and all the silverware) and maintain throughout service
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests
• Confirm entrees are correct and served to the liking for each and every guest
• Clear tables plates, silver / glassware between each course and subsequently wipe down and re-set table for new guests

Job Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a restaurant busser/food runner
• Flexible schedule and open to working weekends / holidays
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented ability to multitask and deliver results in demanding and fast-paced environment
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time
