```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the electronic medical records system (Epic)
- Assist with medical documentation, including filing and organizing patient charts
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, conducting patient assessments, and assisting with minor procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and common medical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (Epic) is a plus
- Experience with X-ray scheduling and CAD software is desirable
- Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients.
