Job Description
- Dental Assistant (RDA): Full-Time or Part-Time
- Expected Hours: 24 - 32 hours per week
- Wage: start up from $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9AM - 5PM and Friday 8AM - 4PM
- Work Location: on-site (in person)
- Greet and situate patients in our rooms
- Prepare the work area for procedures
- Take x-rays of patients’ teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
- Assist dentist in performing all general dentistry procedures, ie. Prophy, Composite, Scaling/Root Planning, Extractions, Root Canal, Crown Scanning
- Prepare materials for crowns or dental impressions
- Be familiar with dental equipment and how to do 4 hands dentistry
- Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
- Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory
- Help keep office clean and presentable
