Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Geriatric Care, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to provide optimal resident care
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA and State regulations
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide leadership including primary care interventions
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols

Skills:

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Experience in Memory Care/Long Term Care Settings
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

Pay: $66,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
