We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise office staff, including nurses and administrative personnel
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
```Requirements```
-Knowledge of Dental Insurance Billing and presentation of treatment plans.
- Knowledge of Open Dental or, Dentrix, or similar medical management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
