Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Pediatric Dentist office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise administrative and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as record keeping, data entry, and generating reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a dental office.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Knowledge in dental office software: Open Dental
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance practices.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
