Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "hands on" Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our coffee manufacturing facility in Philadelphia, PA.

The Maintenance Manager will work closely with team members and be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all equipment and systems, as well as managing a small team of maintenance technicians. This is a management role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance tasks
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability when needed
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
- Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
- Experience working with a Production Team to ensure all equipment is functioining properly.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing plant/facilities management principles, including safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and repair equipment as needed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Experience with Packaging, Conveyors, Grinders and Roasters aplus
