Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team at Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity's and agency's needs. Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans. Responsible for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budget and cost are also essential tasks for the Program Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relatable experience OR Associates Degree with 10 years of relatable experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Experience with Rough order of Magnitude development
• Experience with CLIN/SLIN management/tracking
• Guiding a large and diverse team including suppliers/vendors
• Proven history of managing to and meeting accelerated schedules
• Effective communication of information between various entities (stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, employees) as well as strong briefing skills with Government customers

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
