Paragon Force, Inc. has an opportunity for a full-time motivated and self-driven Project Financial Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining program financial documentation that incorporates information and data from Program Office, customer, project leads, SMEs, and ISEAs into the overarching financial portfolio. This full-time position is located in Crane, IN.
Duties
· The employee will monitor current and upcoming workload to determine levels of effort tasks and financial needs.
· Establish and prepare new SOWs as needed to include all aspects of tasking needed to complete effort at hand.
· Prepare budgetary needs by establishing labor, material, and other miscellaneous financial needs.
· Route SOW for review to NSWC Crane internal personnel and the funding program office.
· Route SOW for signature.
· Work with Project Lead to input SOW data in the division planning tool.
· Work with comptroller to prepare NWA breakout of funds.
· Establish tracking method for each funding document as funding is expensed.
· Prepare and maintain spend plans for each funding document.
· Provide copies of signed SOWs to comptroller and/or PiA as requested.
· Provide NWA realignment requests as funding needs change through life of funding.
· Properly prepare, input data, and sign off on work orders to various shops on base as needed.
· Complete purchase requisition forms to assist with material orders.
· Complete purchase requisition forms to complete Seaport Contract action items.
· Maintain tracking method for funds issued to Seaport Contract(s).
· Ensure funding is adequate through PoP dates.
· Establish spend plan and budgetary estimates for upcoming work and current work to ensure contract is properly funded.
· Provide Labor NWAs to government employees.
· Initiate funding document realignments and work with program office of funding to request expiration extensions, when necessary Complete contract close-out actions
· Ensure any outstanding balances on closed SLIN/CLINs are invoiced and final billed and in turn, remaining funds are returned to funding program office
· Respond to data calls
· Division ceiling allowance trackers
· Questions from division about upcoming or current funding requirements
· Questions from division on spend down dates and cut off dates for various things, such as MILSTRIP orders
· Provide funds for material purchases
· Providing all financial data to logisticians who handle PCard purchases and majority of MILSTRIP (material) purchases
· Assign funds to monthly inventory files
· Provide NWAs to fund monthly inventory bill
· Provide NWAs to fund fleet returns
· FMS (Foreign Military Sales)
· Prepare and send out monthly status update on FMS funding
· Lead monthly FMS IPT meeting with FMS partners
· Update and answer questions on current and upcoming FMS SOWs
· Track expense of funds as work for each FMS country is completed
Requirements
· BS degree in a related discipline and 2 years of related experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
· Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tracking software with abilities to create and update tables, to manipulate graphics and to create and update flow charts, and to format/layout text.
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Effectively, collaborate with a variety of teams and interested parties.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and organization.
· Ability to multitask and work with strict deadlines/timeframes.
· Capable of managing several different tasks from various requestors.
· Possess attention to detail and ability to edit financial documents for technical accuracy.
· Ability to make recommendations and answer questions to customers.
· Proficient with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
· Flexibility and willingness to learn new software.
· Experience with DOD industry.
· Experience with Microsoft Project
· Experience with ERP, EDW, Corporate Acceptance Tool, Project Planning Tool (preferred).
· Prior government PA experience, including working with FMS funds (preferred).
