The Database Administrator III designs and generates SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces to the interconnecting system for which the prototype is designed to operate. The Database Administrator III is responsible for security, user access, and security controls to protect the data management system(s). The Database Administrator III also develops a digital twin communication system that simulates the actual operational environment in which the prototype is intended to be used, such that the prototype can be tested in a simulated operational environment with command messages, sensor data stream interfaces, etc., available. The Database Administrator III designs the data structures within the data management environment using MBSE models. The Database Administrator III provides planning and guidance for the DB Admin Team, reviewing work products and results.
Minimum Qualifications

• 9 years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit)
• High School Diploma 13 years of experience will also be considered
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification
• 4 years of experience in position-relevant tasks

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Vendor tool certifications appropriate to TDL requirements (e.g., Oracle and Mongo).
• Desired experience with data modeling.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
