Full Visibility is seeking a Database Administrator to workin Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance. 

The Database Administrator will beresponsible for the performance, integrity, and security of Microsoft SQLdatabases and will provide database administrator support for Microsoft SQLServer and Microsoft Azure SQL Service Databases. The successful candidate willprovide technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance ofthese databases and additionally would monitor and resolve all database issuesand problems. Additionally, the Database Administrator will plan, develop, andexecute scripts to monitor database health and performance; as well as developand execute database installation, maintenance, tuning, and upgrade, andmigration procedures.

The successful candidate shouldhave the ability to design, build, and write ETL scripts and maintain datawarehouses. The Database Administrator may also troubleshoot database issuesand develop mitigation procedures; while also providing support for softwaredevelopers regarding SQL queries, vetting, and tuning. Lastly, the DatabaseAdministrator will also be responsible for documenting and maintaininginstallation and management of database servers, as well as providingrecommendations for process improvements and configurations.

Requirements

·Active Top Secret Clearance

·At least three (3 ) years of experience with databaseinstallation, maintenance, upgrading, monitoring, and documentation procedures

·At least two (2 ) years of experience with creating andmaintaining ETL scripts, migration scripts, and data warehouses

·Knowledge of and experience working with T-SQL

·Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and mitigating SQLserver issues and queries

·Ability to create and execute scripts for database health andperformance

·Ability to work with different environments and enclaves

·Maintaining and implementing applicable security patches and configurationsto ensure a current security posture per industry standards

·Excellent communication and team skills

Preferred Skills:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT-related field, ortechnical certifications or training
