Manor Solutions is Hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative Near Milwaukee, WI
We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to be part of our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service, you will answer customer calls and emails daily and help resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to line up and organize workflow.
