Manoa Cottage Kaimuki is seeking a detail oriented and self motivated Housekeeper for it’s Nursing Facility in the Kaimuki/Kapahulu area from April 1, 2024-May 31, 2024. Be among caring staff, great residents and family members and strong management support. Manoa Cottage Kaimuki is a 27 bed nursing facility specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's care. Work among great staff in a home like setting with supportive co-workers and supervisors.
Job Summary:
Maintains the premises in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition by thoroughly cleaning areas which include, but are not limited to resident rooms, common areas, nursing stations, and administrative areas while utilizing various cleaning techniques. Performs all cleaning tasks as directed on a daily basis, including daily cleaning, general cleaning, and removal of trash.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week | Day Shifts | Monday to Friday | 6am - 2:30pm

Requirements:
- 2 Step TB clearance or Chest X-Ray (with proof of positive results) required
- Employment Physical (within the last 12 months) required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping in the hotel or healthcare industry preferred
- Reading and following written and/or oral instructions required
