Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Lexington, KY. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing client accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day customer service interactions, policy management, audit support, routine coverage questions and will work closely with the sales team to drive growth in new and existing business.

Qualifications

• Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance knowledge
• Exceptional Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with relevant agency management systems (ex. Vertafore Platform).
• Insurance licensing required and/or professional industry certifications are a plus
• 3-5 years experience in Commercial Lines insurance is required
• My be licensed in KY
