Primary Responsibilities:

Installs and repairs machinery and equipment in industrial establishment. Repairs or coordinates repair of facilities and machinery as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Must have 220/440/480 electric
• Industrial Electric Experience
• CNC Equipment Repair
• Laser Repair Experience
• Turret repair experience (preferably Amada)
• Press Brake Repair
• Analyzes mechanical and electric problems on equipment. Take corrective action to maintain maximum production and quality.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance Plans
• Maintains building and facilities to include plumbing, construction, electrical, and installation of equipment.
• Works from prints, sketches, specifications and instruction manuals
• Wears appropriate PPE equipment for work being performed or as directed by company policy.
• Maintains a safe work environment through good housekeeping practices,
• All other duties assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree (electrical, mechanical, maintenance, controls, etc.)
• 5 Years of on the job experience or any combination thereof
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of electrical, pnematic, and hydraulic system required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally

Education and Experience:

• Steel toed shoes
• Hearing protection
• Safety Glasses
