Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431
Summary: The Accounts Payable Coordinator position is currently open and accepting resumes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft, and previous experience working with a large company.
Candidates should possess strong alpha/numerical testing results, demonstrating a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy. The role requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, specifically in invoice processing, with a focus on 3-way electronic matching within a large company using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Support PO Invoicing Processing in the Accounts Payable Department
- Process Material (Inventory) type invoices in Oracle and perform a 3-way match online
- Handle a high volume of invoices, ranging from 150 to 200 after full training
- Provide customer support while maintaining AP background expertise
