E-COMMERCE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR WAREHOUSE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with one or more years of experience in warehousing and inventory management. Our company is the official distributor for the Italian brand of premium furniture covers Paulato in the US and Canada.

We've been on the market for 4 years and are one of the top 5 sellers on Amazon in this niche. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our Warehouse department.

Location: Miami, Hialeah, 33147.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and motivating the team (4-5 people)
• Setting KPIs for the team
• Leading the team to optimize warehouse operations and inventory system
• Controlling and ordering of consumables
• Participating in recruitment, hiring new team members.

Minimum requirements:

• 1 years of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (EAD)
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA, Excel, and Google Docs
• Ability to learn quickly
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Performing independently with minimal supervision
• Taking responsibility for decision-making and outcomes
• Basic computer knowledge
