Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of all export related documentation.
• Track and monitor shipments.
• Maintains customer relations and communicates the status of shipments.
• Maintains communication with Mexican Broker about proper documentation and clearance status.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Three-year experience in exporting products to Mexico, preparing documentation for Mexican Customs.
• Inventory control experience.
• EEI transmissions experience
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Mexican transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• High school degree or equivalent

Pre-employment drug screen is required.
