We are Now Hiring for experienced Front Servers! We are a high volume and fast paced Brunch restaurant specializing in latin comfort food, specialty coffee and a full bar. The hourly pay is $10.50 - $11.50 plus cash tips ($100 - $400 PER DAY!)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to maintain composure and stay focused while strictly following the guidelines of Sequence of Service
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Responsible for exceeding guests’ expectations by providing efficient, friendly guest service.
• Be able to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu
• Use sales techniques and present and encourage current promotions to guests
• For and balance all sales and receipts at the end of the shift in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
• Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with all safety and sanitation (including handwashing) guidelines and procedures
• Assist with pre-bussing, resetting tables during and after the Guest dining experience, washing glassware, stocking ice, taking out liners and trash, etc.
• Support fellow servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables and provide guests with beverage service as well as maintaining cleanliness in common areas of the restaurant.
• Conduct regular restroom checks and restock restroom supplies.
• Making sure floors and exterior of buildings are clean as required.
• Respond appropriately and genuinely to all guest requests and communicate those requests to the server or manager.
• Set up and stock assigned work area by following the established service standards and procedures; inspect stations for proper set-up and appearance
• Clear and reset tables within established standard timings and guidelines in a professional and effective manner
• Assist with set up and breakdown of dining room facilities.
• Polish utensils/glassware and store equipment as designated.

• Proven experience as a Front Server is required
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong organizational skills
• Health and Tam Cards required.
