Make-up Designory is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Valencia, CA

GENERAL PURPOSE

The employee's primary responsibility is interacting with the company's customers to enter product orders and address other customer sales needs.

Responsibilities/Duties: A bullet denotes the essential functions of the job. Other duties may also be assigned.

  • Receives customer product orders by phone, email, or electronic means and enters those orders into the company's CRM, NetSuite.
  • Supports sales efforts at Tradeshows; orders booth space and necessary equipment. May be required to work trade shows and assist in the set up and tears down of booths. Once at a show, the sales representative will develop and collect leads, enter sales as needed, and follow up with leads and customers.
  • Works with and provides coordination and assistance to Warehouse Associates; assists with packaging and shipping as needed.
  • Interfaces with the President and other leadership team members, including brand management, education department, and marketing.
  • Carries out all responsibilities honestly, ethically, and professionally.
  • Speaks with customers by phone and email to meet customer needs.
  • Supervises electronic sales of products.

Minimum qualifications: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs to perform this position's duties and responsibilities successfully.

Knowledge:

  • The equivalent of a High School diploma and 3-5 years of progressively responsible, related sales/ service experience
  • Experience with CRM software such as NetSuite and Sales Force
  • Knowledge of basic shipping procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, NetSuite)

The applicant must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers. Manual dexterity is required for occasional reaching and lifting of objects up to 20 lbs. and operating office equipment. Travel is required to meet accountabilities.

The office is clean, orderly, adequately lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
