At Savannah Dental, our dedicated team is on a mission to provide comprehensive oral health care and cosmetic dentistry services to individuals of all ages in Savannah, Georgia, and throughout Chatham County. Our practice stands as a beacon of cutting-edge dentistry, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by world-class general dentists and an internationally renowned implantologist. This advanced environment ensures exceptional continuity of care, where each patient receives tailored treatment with the utmost precision and expertise.
Responsibilities:
  • Document patient dental history and updates, including health and medication records.
  • Assist the dentist by handling supplies and instruments, ensuring preparedness for procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, clean, sterilize instruments, and arrange necessary supplies.
  • Capture high-quality dental radiographs for diagnosis.
  • Maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
  • Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist.
  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure their comfort in treatment rooms.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF) license.
  • Current CPR and radiology certifications preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an RDA.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow policies and guidelines with a positive and professional demeanor.
