Major Food Group is opening a brand new concept, VINO at Carbone in Dallas. VINO will feature an indoor-outdoor wine bar, featuring a mix of Carbone classic favorites plus a few new dishes exclusive to Vino.
We are looking for experienced Back of House professionals with strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chefs instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred
Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience preferred
Team-orientated and positive attitude
Strong communication skills a must
