Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and customers.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality results
- Perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Follow established protocols for the proper handling and disposal of waste materials
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings or overtime as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
