The Onboarding Coordinator facilitates and coordinates the onboarding activities for new hires to ensure efficient and onboarding. Ensures all required pre-hire activity is scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Using a wide variety of methods, communicates concise and consistent information with internal and external hires while providing exemplary customer service. Provides support to newly hired staff thru the new employee orientation. Works with leaders to ensure new employees are properly oriented to the organization.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience ideally within human resources.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to draft and format correspondence in Word and create and maintain simple spreadsheets in Excel
• Must have outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate a courteous and friendly demeanor
• Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, necessary to work with all levels across the organization
